Senior Product Designer This company builds AI voice agents that large US companies use to run customer conversations at scale. It is a small, fast-growing, profitable team where people own whole problems and work directly with the founders.

The company’s product designer owns the experience end to end: deciding what gets built as well as how it looks, and making complex AI workflows feel simple for the people who set them up.

What they’ll do

•          Take features from early concept and spec through to shipped product.

•          Design how customers build, test and monitor their voice agents.

•          Work day to day with the founders and engineers, and keep design quality intact through to release.

•          Talk to customers and turn what they hear into design decisions.

•          Build and maintain the design system.

•          Spot friction across the product and drive fixes.

Must have

•          5+ years as a product designer on shipped products.

•          A portfolio showing end-to-end ownership and strong craft.

•          Experience on a technical or B2B product with complex workflows.

•          Comfort with ambiguity and a fast pace.

Nice to have

•          Developer tools, AI or real-time products.

•          Has built a design system from scratch; HCI training.

Base: $180,000 – $250,000 + equity (4-year vest, 1-year cliff)

Location: onsite 5 days a week on the SF Peninsula (Bay Area), with relocation support
