Senior Founding Full Stack Engineer

Client 1 builds AI voice agents that large US companies use to run customer conversations at scale. It is a small, fast-growing, profitable team where people own whole problems and work directly with the founders.

This is an early engineering hire who builds the core product customers use every day, from the interface down to the APIs, and owns features from design through to production.

What they’ll do

•          Build product features such as agent configuration, dashboards, analytics and phone-system integrations.

•          Work across the stack, from polished front-end screens to back-end services and deployment.

•          Own projects from architecture to release, and help onboard customers.

•          Turn customer feedback into product changes.

Must have

•          Strong React and TypeScript, plus back-end work in Node.js or Python (see the role notes for the experience bar).

•          A track record of owning features end to end, not just tickets on a large team.

•          A CS or computer engineering degree, or an equivalent standout record.

•          Comfortable in a fast, high-ownership environment.

Interview process

•          Online coding assessment (25–30 minutes).

•          Two technical rounds.

•          Final loop covering practical coding, system design and automation.

Base: $200,000 – $280,000 + 0.25% – 0.45% equity

Location: onsite 5 days a week on the SF Peninsula (Bay Area), with relocation support
