The Role

As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll embed directly with enterprise clients to deliver production-ready voice AI solutions end-to-end. • Scope projects, resolve blockers, and keep cross-functional teams aligned with concise, effective updates

  • Codify reusable patterns into tools or platform components

  • Translate field feedback into actionable product and GTM recommendations

Requirements

  • Ideally 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role — Solutions Engineering, Technical PM, Customer Success/Support Engineering, or founder/analagous experience

  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

  • Proven track record delivering systems in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

  • Production-grade coding ability in Python, JavaScript, or equivalent

  • Working knowledge of LLM-powered systems and their UX implications

  • Proactive risk management and the ability to maintain momentum under pressure
